Terms of Service
Welcome to Confident Studios by Shaunii Rawls. By booking services, viewing, or downloading media via our Pixieset galleries, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Copyright & Usage
All images, videos, and creative content are the exclusive property of Confident Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a limited license for personal or business use (e.g., social media, website, marketing) only. Resale, editing, or redistribution of images or video without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Credit is appreciated when posting on social media. Please tag @theconfidentstudios or @shauniirawls where applicable.
2. Turnaround Times
Photography: Final edited galleries will be delivered within 7–14 business days. This delivery time does not apply to corporate clients.
Videography: Edits will be delivered within 10–21 business days depending on the project scope. This delivery time does not apply to corporate clients.
Rush edits may be available for an additional fee.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is due before gallery delivery unless otherwise outlined in a contract. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your booking date.
Confident Studios reserves the right to withhold delivery of content until payment is received in full.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
All services are non-refundable once delivered.
VIP Content Days, mini sessions, and group events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling is permitted one time with notice of at least 3 business days.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing their gallery upon delivery. Any concerns must be addressed within 7 days of receipt. After that period, edits or re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
6. Editing Style & Creative Control
By booking with Confident Studios, you acknowledge and agree to Shaunii Rawls’ creative vision, style, and editing process. Raw files are not included in any package. Minor retouching is included; extensive editing (e.g., body manipulation, object removal) may incur extra charges.
7. Image Hosting & Downloads
Pixieset galleries will remain active for 30 days from the delivery date. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files within this time. A $25 reactivation fee applies if your gallery expires and needs to be re-uploaded.
8. Promotional Use
Confident Studios reserves the right to use photos and video footage for promotional purposes, including but not limited to: website, social media, marketing materials, or press, unless a written request for privacy is made at booking.
